Performs a variety of administrative and customer service duties including assisting clients in person and by phone, issuing EBT cards, scheduling and notifying households of appointments, and providing information on program benefits, requirements, and resources. Provides general office support such as data entry, document preparation and review, mail and records management, correspondence, and cash handling. Accurately enters applications and redeterminations into the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), retrieves and distributes PEAK and EDMS documents, and assists with expedited walk-in appointments by conducting client interviews and gathering verifications. Operates CBMS and related systems to determine food assistance and medical assistance eligibility and deliver benefits in compliance with Federal, State, and County guidelines.
