About The Position

This is a growth-track position for someone ready to lead. You'll come in, learn the process from the ground up, and step into a supervisory role overseeing a team of 7–10 reps. The expectation is straightforward: the more responsibility you're willing to take on, the more you'll be given.

Requirements

  • Comfortable running reports and tracking performance metrics
  • Able to manage people, stay organized, and work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management or leadership experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor team numbers and overall performance
  • Stay on top of reps day-to-day and field questions as they come up
  • Review caseloads and build reports around them
  • Conduct regular level-up and coaching sessions with reps
  • Identify areas for improvement and follow through on them
  • Attend meetings with Intake Managers
  • Work alongside other departments and leadership as needed
