The Intake Specialist helps ensure that every lead receives a response and that the legal team has the information needed to assist clients.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in helping others and making people feel heard.
• Comfort on the phone, quick thinking, and confidence when speaking.
• Ability to type while talking and stay organized under pressure.
• Experience in sales or customer service and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients.
• Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
• Follow up to ensure no lead goes unanswered.
