About The Position

The Intake Specialist is an expert in product intake within the Operations team. The role focuses on accurately logging consignments, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with multiple teams to streamline operations while following best practices and quality standards. The position works in a dynamic warehouse environment and may include additional duties as required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to work hard and excel in large team environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively transfer ideas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to learn quickly and work as a self-starter while handling increasing levels of responsibility.
Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of and passion for sneakers, including familiarity with industry trends and resources.

Responsibilities

Organize product drops between Business Development and Operations to ensure products are received under the designated account.
Ensure mail-in and dropped-off Flight Club consignments are received under the designated account.
Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions and promptly notify appropriate people.
Communicate promptly about product intake discrepancies.
Assist with inventory accounting for all received intake.
Record and document upcoming bulk consignment drop-offs and coordinate with relevant teams.
Receive and pack out products with the Fulfillment team.
Assist in training on product intake procedures with GOAT and Flight Club.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
