About The Position

Pathway Law Firm is seeking an Intake Representative to join their team. This role involves handling incoming client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The Intake Representative will conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to determine case eligibility, gather and input critical case details into the firm's case management system, and schedule consultations. They will also collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions and maintain accurate records while providing top-tier client service. Requirements

Experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal setting (law firm experience preferred).
Exceptional communication and active listening skills—you can make clients feel heard and understood.

Proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
