Responsibilities

Receive incoming phone calls for potential clients.
Evaluate the potential client's needs and current situation.
Either send the potential client to the appropriate attorney for further evaluation, send welcome package, or inform potential client of other resources.
Process website leads and referrals the same way.
Follow up with potential clients.
During free time, follow up with existing clients to determine how we can better serve their needs.
