The Intake Eligibility Specialist is responsible for establishing rapport and credibility with customers and providers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner. This role involves determining customer eligibility by reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, performing mathematical calculations to determine the parent's share of cost, and entering all data into The Texas Child Care Connection system (TX3C) in a timely and accurate manner. The specialist will also enter data into databases such as the Financial Aid Communication System (FACS), maintain accurate customer files, take immediate action to address and resolve customer and provider complaints, and document all contact with customers and providers. Other duties as assigned and compliance with all policies and standards are also part of this role.
