You’ll review documentation for accuracy, calculate parent cost share, and maintain precise data entry across systems like TWIST and FACS, all while upholding rigorous quality standards of 95% or higher. Known for delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll build strong relationships, resolve concerns efficiently, and support eligibility processes including enrollments, recertifications, and status updates. Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Intake Eligibility Specialist.
- Demonstrate a quality rating of 95% or higher for a minimum period of three months.
- Exceed performance goals for a minimum of three months.
