About The Position

EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency, is seeking a dedicated full-time Intake Counselor to join the Career Services Program. This role supports individuals in the Vocational population by assisting Career Counselors with administrative and clerical duties. Requirements

• High school diploma or educational equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience required
• Must have access to automobile and possess valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.

Nice To Haves

• experience using the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage paperwork and keep record of customers personal documents
• Ensure that all registration forms are properly signed and filed
• Appropriately handle customers personally identifiable information
• Answers inquiry calls and emails from prospective customers
• Perform data entry and related clerical work
• Attend staff webinars, workshops, and training
• Refer customers to partner agencies based on their individual needs
