About The Position
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake process for Home Health Services. This role requires strong assessment and communication skills, particularly in challenging situations. The position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a requirement for holiday rotation.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Minimum of one year experience in acute care required.
- Possesses strong assessment skills.
- Possesses strong communication skills in adverse situations.
- BLS certified.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- ICD coding for Home Health preferred.
- Marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
