Key Works provides comprehensive substance use disorder treatment and work skills training to help low-income, high-risk patients achieve sustained recovery and rebuild their lives. We offer a unique combination of long-term residential clinical treatment, work skills training, and transitional housing. The Intake Coordinator assists individuals while admitting to Key Works' Long-term Substance Use Disorder Treatment program. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while admitting individuals into residential care, orienting, and assisting patients in complying with program and treatment requirements consistent with all clinical policies and procedures. The Intake Coordinator completes all admission paperwork documentation in the electronic medical record and completes all aspects of checking the patient into the program. When time permits, the Intake Coordinator helps patients prepare for their discharge from Key Works.
