About The Position

This position reaches out to mortgage loan customer leads and inputs customer information to pass to a Loan Officer. This position is an integral part of the team, the first point of contact representing MSF and a positive experience to a potential customer. This is an entry-level position to becoming a Loan Officer; MSF is willing to train those interested in growing their career in the mortgage industry.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance (business casual).
• Professional, courteous, friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to follow directions and perform work accordingly.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Takes marketing leads and reaches out to potential customers over the phone, timely.
• Provides excellent customer service and positive representation of MSF while taking customers information over the phone.
• Records customers information accurately and professionally.
