About The Position
DelRicht is seeking an Intake Coordinator to connect patients with clinical trials. This is an on-site, phone-based role focused on following up with warm leads in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Work rotating Saturday shifts
- Compassionate, people-focused phone communication skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, accountability, and strong follow-through
- Ability to stay organized and meet goals in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Commitment to excellent patient care, quality, and compliance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- Phone-based experience in a call center, collections, banking, or high-volume customer service environment
- Experience upselling, earning commission, or meeting quotas
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Make compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients and screen them for clinical trial eligibility and interest
- Manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and urgency
- Learn study details and patient requirements
- Partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals
