About The Position
Sentara Home Care Services is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Intake Coordinator. This position is responsible for the intake and registration of patients, insurance benefits verification, and coordination of new admissions for Home Care Services. Additionally, the role is responsible for preparing appropriate documentation required for processing, billing, and initiation of care.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Healthcare (1 year required)

- Responsible for the intake of and registration of patients

- Coordination of new admission for Home Care Services
- Preparing appropriate documentation required for processing, billing and initiation of care
