Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred

Responsibilities

Explain and sign admission paperwork
Process and copy driver’s license/insurance information
Create/start client treatment file
Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for the client and assist in obtaining a letter for admission/discharge
Facilitate the admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed
Maintain paperwork, notes, and application statuses as required for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements
Conduct level of care assessments on all clients
Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries
Perform other duties as assigned
