Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of personal injury experience; either managing your own caseload or working as an Intake Attorney.
  • A deep belief in our mission of being For The People and genuine confidence in the strength, resources, and results of the largest personal injury law firm in America.
  • Exceptional communication and customer-service skills. You know how to listen, empathize, and guide people who are overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to turn.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s life.
  • You bring energy, passion, and enthusiasm to your work every single day.
  • The idea of helping build and scale a rapidly growing department within a fast-expanding law firm genuinely excites you. You’re motivated by growth, innovation, and being part of something big.
