About The Position

This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients during challenging times. The position offers a high volume of diverse cases, providing rapid legal education and experience. Attorneys will have a supportive team to assist with complex issues. A small caseload is also assigned to maintain and sharpen skills. Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Colorado license in good standing
• 2+ years practicing law
• Domestic relations experience required
• Sharp research and writing skills
• Strong client instincts
• Comfortable in a courtroom and on initial client calls
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for court and client meetings

Nice To Haves

• Criminal defense experience
• Experience with Westlaw, Filevine, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective domestic relations and criminal defense clients
• Evaluate matters and deliver clear, strategic guidance
• Partner with Client Development for a seamless client handoff
• Carry a small caseload including pleadings, discovery, research, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Own deadlines, filings, and documentation
