Intake Assessment Representative
About The Position
Coordinates the screening and evaluation of patients as to appropriateness for assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews to the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline.
- Assessment and/or crisis intervention experience.
