About The Position

The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients in Granite City, IL. This position is full-time with daytime hours and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ supervised mental health experience.
Must obtain Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) within 2 years of hire.
Must be willing to be trained in Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA) and obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy.
Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports.
Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
