About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an integrator to join our advanced cabin integration team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the rest of the interior cabin development community. You will be part of the advanced cabin integration team responsible to evaluate preliminary customer requests, to participate in the various concept technical discussions and perform different activities carried out in a multi-supplier environment. Our team also includes monuments / features development to enhance the interior options catalog. The team organization isPromotes cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Cabin HOV Integrator will be to participate in the evaluation of the customer requests, support to production as well as to participate in the development and change management of monuments and interior components.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering
  • You have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • You should be familiar with the specification, design, integration and acceptance of cabin elements
  • Good oral and writing skills in French and English are required
  • You must be a team player
  • You must also be a person with initiative and good planning skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong negotiation skills and good judgment
  • This position requires energetic people with good communication skills, who are willing to accept responsibilities in a team-working environment
  • You have knowledge of MS Office (required)

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the definition and integration of cabin solutions in accordance with new customer requirements and cabin interior layouts
  • Lead the governance of component and configuration changes, ensuring their seamless integration during cabin development while maintaining technical interface integrity and overall cabin consistency
  • Take end-to-end engineering responsibility for the A220 program, ranging from initial definition and requirements authoring to support conceptual analysis
  • Direct technical interfaces with suppliers overseeing development activities and providing support during testing and certification campaigns
  • Validate supplier technical documentation and define rigorous design requirements, test validation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Conduct trade studies to support and guide strategic configuration decisions, based on key characteristics
  • Drive cross-functional synergy with key stakeholders (operations, customer support, sales) regarding cabin definition to ensure optimized solutions and the development, optimization, and deployment of processes that foster seamless execution.
