The Wealth Management Business Development & Field Training organization supports the Firm’s Financial Advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network. The Business Development and Field Training Organization is responsible for driving revenue growth nationally across all product areas excluding banking. Reporting to the Head of Insured Solutions Distribution, the Insured Solutions Director (ISD) is responsible for sales activity across Insurance based products including Annuities, Life Insurance, Disability and Property & Casualty in their given territory. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities and developing a plan to execute in partnership with the Home Office, Regional Management, and other local resources. ISD’s must drive and coordinate sales activity to deliver results against specific targets in a manner that is consistent with Morgan Stanley’s values and well-aligned with clients’ individual objectives.
