This role requires deep business knowledge, general management, and leadership skills to lead a business or function. Requirements

• Requires deep business knowledge, general management, and leadership skills to lead a business or function.
• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience OR a graduate degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• For Engineering/Other Technical roles: Generally requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, unless prohibited by local laws and regulations.
