About The Position

The Digital Solutions Analyst participates in the analysis, documentation, and testing of digital solutions under the direction of senior team members. This individual contributes original analytical work — user stories, test cases, and requirements documentation — while developing the cross-functional collaboration and SDLC skills needed to advance toward project ownership.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 2+ years in business analysis, product support, or a closely related field; internships may qualify
  • Banking and financial services experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps) and user story formats
  • Intermediate experience developing and executing test cases
  • Technical documentation experience
  • In person interaction that includes actively collaborating with colleagues and participating in team or company meetings

Responsibilities

  • Creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation from provided requirements under senior guidance
  • Develops and executes test cases, tracks results, and logs defects with appropriate detail
  • Participates in backlog refinement sessions, contributing questions and documentation updates
  • Collaborates alongside Senior DSA, with business partners to gather information and clarify requirements on assigned tasks
  • Supports UAT coordination by scheduling sessions and tracking business owner feedback
  • Maintains solution documentation and release notes after deployment
  • Escalates scope changes, competing priorities, or cross-team impacts to Senior DSA
  • Follows assigned work schedule with regular and predictable attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
