About The Position

Southwoods Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join its Financial Clearance team in Boardman, Ohio. The specialist helps patients prepare financially for scheduled procedures by verifying insurance coverage, reviewing benefits, and explaining expected out-of-pocket costs. The position involves investigative work, problem-solving, and conversations that help patients understand complex insurance information with confidence and clarity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or major holidays.
