Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in insurance verification and pre-authorization.
Strong knowledge of insurance plans, benefits, and coverage requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, use a computer and telephone, and lift up to 25 pounds.
