Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance agents and regional offices, and use websites or other electronic methods to verify loan collateral coverage.
• Handle insurance verification calls for vehicle and mortgage loans.
• Read and understand auto and mortgage insurance documents and loan history to determine the correct task, following lender particulars.
• Ask insurance agents and regional offices the correct verification questions.
• Document verification results thoroughly and clearly in loan histories for lenders.
• Meet the department goal of 10 accounts per hour through website verifications and calls.
• Multitask to help meet the department service-level goal of completing 95% of accounts within 7 days.
• Consistently achieve a score of 90% or higher on quality audits by understanding and reviewing procedure manuals.
• Identify, document, and report learning opportunities to higher management.
