About The Position
Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services (commercial lines & personal lines) to our agency clients in the professional standard as set forth by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
- Strong Knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Vertafore agency management systems (preferred)
- Insurance P&C License strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked
- Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients
- Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
- Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services
