Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services (commercial lines & personal lines) to our agency clients in the professional standard as set forth by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc.

Requirements

Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
Strong Knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Vertafore agency management systems (preferred)
Insurance P&C License strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked
Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients
Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain strict client confidentiality
Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services
