The Treloar & Heisel division, specializing in serving dental and medical professionals, is looking for an Insurance Services Specialist to help clients secure their financial future through tailored insurance solutions and expert guidance. This role is based in New Castle, PA, serving the greater New Castle region and nearby communities in PA and OH.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• High-level customer service skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word

Responsibilities

• Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly
• Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
• Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including: Beneficiary and ownership changes, Bank changes, Premium mode changes, Duplicate policy requests, Agent of Record changes, Coverage reductions, Over-age policy conversion, Lapse and reinstatement, Cancellation, Death claims
• Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
• Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
• Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
• Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele
