This is a remote position for applicants authorized to work in the US. The role involves following a proven service process to offer existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM database, adhering to quality and compliance standards, building client relationships, capitalizing on referral lead cultivation, and providing customer support via phone, email, or text. The role also requires managing emails and following up on calls/emails for missing information and documentation, as well as timely and accurate use of insurance carrier platforms and technology.
