Requirements

  • Hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Experience in insurance sales with a proven record of achieving production goals

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Lead team meetings focused on performance, training, development, and continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
  • Refine and reinforce the agency's sales process to drive consistent results
  • Build the agency book of business while helping the team maximize sales opportunities
  • Guide team members through complex underwriting situations and market placement strategies
  • Develop relationships with real estate offices, loan officers, and community partners to generate referrals and business opportunities
  • Monitor team performance, sales activity, and key metrics to identify coaching opportunities
  • Ensure accurate documentation and effective use of agency management systems
  • Help strengthen client relationships through exceptional service, referrals, and account-rounding opportunities
