Requirements

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Taking great care of customers by identifying potential issues like coverage gaps, discounts, or renewal price spikes.
Answering inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
Developing in-depth product knowledge to match customers with the right insurance policies from a large panel of companies and to navigate the evolving app.
Problem-solving to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer interactions.
