About The Position

This role is focused on helping customers manage their most important assets, their car and home, by providing a seamless and positive insurance experience. Jerry.ai is building an app to manage all aspects of asset ownership, including insurance, repairs, and maintenance. The work environment is fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and fully remote. Requirements

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Taking great care of our customers by anticipating their needs beyond their initial questions, such as identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, or potential renewal price increases.
Answering inbound calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies, as well as from existing policyholders needing to make changes.
Developing in-depth product knowledge to match customers with the most suitable insurance policies from a diverse panel of providers and to effectively navigate the constantly evolving app.
Problem-solving to eliminate obstacles that prevent customers from obtaining the right coverage.
Processing service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer interactions and insights.
