Responsibilities

• Taking great care of customers by identifying potential issues like coverage gaps, discounts, or renewal spikes.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Developing deep product knowledge across a panel of insurance companies and understanding how the app evolves.
• Problem-solving to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer interactions.
