The Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for establishing and maintaining new insurance customers, as well as current customer accounts. Includes soliciting insurance and any additional business from assigned accounts. The individual representative is responsible for four areas of activity: Prospecting, Selling, Customer Follow-up, and Self-management. Continuously challenged to improve the performance of the department and contribute to the overall success of the agency and TEC Equipment. Maintains a strong work ethic with a total commitment to sales success each and every day.
