About The Position

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Insurance Sales Producer position. This position is a contract opportunity, which is expected to be on-site in Maitland, FL for a duration of 3 - 4 months before going direct. We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Insurance Sales Representative who holds an active Florida 2-20, 20-44, and 4-40 licenses and brings at least three years of successful insurance sales experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at networking, and consistently closes new business while delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-20, 20-44, and 4-40 licenses
• Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong networking ability and comfort engaging with the community.
• Excellent closing skills and consultative sales approach.
• Computer savvy.
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to work primarily in-office.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or equivalent community college education

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Manage the auto and home insurance sales in full cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate client records, quotes, and policy documentation.
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
