About The Position
Holloway Insurance Agency is one of the top-producing insurance agencies in the Birmingham area, and we are hiring a driven Sales Producer to help us grow. This is a hunter’s seat. You will prospect, quote, and close new business, and you will be paid for every win. If you love the close and you want a long runway instead of a revolving door, read on.
Requirements
- Hunters who are energized by closing, not drained by it
- Ready and willing to get P&C and Life and Health licensed (we support you all the way)
- A stable work history. We invest in people who commit and stick around
- Coachable and entrepreneur minded
- Able to work in-office at one of our two Birmingham locations
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience is a strong plus, but if you have the drive, we will teach you the rest
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and your own pipeline
- Quote and close auto, home, and life policies
- Build and own your book of business
- Hit monthly production targets and earn uncapped commission on top of your base
