About The Position

Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of AAA. The Insurance Sales Agent works exclusively in a branch office and conducts sales activities, appointments, and inspections onsite and offsite at the direction of the IBM. The role sells Club memberships and insurance products to support Club growth, profitability, and service quality objectives. The Sales Agent Trainee provides information about member services and new insurance products, completes policy and membership documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time, and follows underwriting rules and guidelines to achieve underwriting objectives.

The position offers a starting salary of $24.04 per hour, $100K+ earning potential, comprehensive benefits including a pension plan, and paid training. Success requires prospecting and networking, meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, communicating effectively, providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention, and being self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.

Requirements

• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and commitment to building a profitable business.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop leads, prospect, and continually network.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
