Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of proven success in the insurance industry.
  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
  • Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop leads through AAA’s member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
  • Manage and actively maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
  • Meet or exceed key performance goals, including a 33% closing rate.
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers.
  • Support complex service needs in partnership with Client Service Agents.
  • Ensure compliance and protect customer confidentiality.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across AAA products and services.
