As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. And that's just the beginning. Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Coachable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset
- Bilingual - Armenian speaker

Responsibilities
- Generate quotes using both provided leads and your own outreach
- Educate prospects and clients on coverage options to protect their assets
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources
- Deliver top-tier customer service and follow-through
- Network via community events, social media, and warm lead outreach
- Maintain attention to detail and compliance in every transaction
