The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a prospective Insurance Sales Agent responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch. This role utilizes sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG’s overall insurance book of business. The agent will effectively overcome objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured, working to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership. Responsibilities include conducting insurance reviews for clients to identify a range of suitable products, assessing risk using provided tools and underwriting guidelines, recommending appropriate products and coverage, and quoting, binding, and issuing policies. The agent will also participate in local branch events to solicit new business and expand business networks, build rapport to establish customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand, and respond to customer inquiries and requests. Referrals to other applicable lines of business (i.e., Travel & Financial Services) are also part of the role.
