Supplemental ramp‑up pay, paid monthly, to support productivity during the first six months: Additional $200 per week during months 0–2 Additional $150 per week during months 3–4 Additional $100 per week during months 5–6 Elevated incentive payout structure during the first 15 months to accelerate early earnings.
