Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of proven success in the insurance industry.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

Generate and develop leads through AAA’s member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
Manage and actively maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
Meet or exceed key performance goals, including a 33% closing rate.
Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers.
Support complex service needs in partnership with Client Service Agents.
Ensure compliance and protect customer confidentiality.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across AAA products and services.
