About The Position

The Insurance Sales Agent role involves identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products from multiple carriers. This position offers access to sell to millions of AAA members for preferred lead generation and the opportunity to build your own book of business, earning renewal income. There is no baseline requirement for commission eligibility, as commission is earned from the first policy sold. The company provides dedicated Customer Service & Policy Retention teams and offers incentive trips for top performers.

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Middletown, NJ or Eatontown, NJ offices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
  • Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities
