About The Position

Customers come to us when they're actively shopping for home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverage. Your job is to understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them make a confident buying decision. Insurance experience is not required. Strong sales skills are. We'll teach you the insurance business. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by income potential, and enjoy helping customers make important decisions, keep reading. This is a high-activity inside sales role. Expect steady lead flow, daily activity goals, and measurable performance expectations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable working toward goals and performance expectations
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX

• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance
• Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
• Explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
• Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution
• Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value
• Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
