About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join their growing remote team as Insurance Representatives. This role involves working directly with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments to help them understand available benefits and select coverage that best meets their needs. The position focuses on building lasting client relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fully remote environment. No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations
- Present insurance and benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Assist with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing service requests
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
