About The Position

All Collision Center is seeking a full-time, on-site Insurance Relations & Business Development Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop new collision repair business by building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents, insurance professionals, dealerships, fleet accounts, and other referral sources throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. We are particularly interested in candidates who already have established relationships with insurance agents and referral sources in Southern California and have experience generating collision repair or automotive-related business. This is not primarily a digital marketing or social media position. The focus of this role is relationship-based business development, outside marketing, and generating measurable collision repair referrals.

Requirements

Existing relationships with insurance agents or insurance professionals in the Greater Los Angeles area are highly preferred
Experience in collision repair, automotive, insurance, business development, sales, or account management
Proven ability to develop professional relationships and generate new business
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable with outside business development and visiting referral partners
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Los Angeles, CA
Former insurance adjusters, appraisers, insurance professionals, collision repair business development representatives, and automotive industry sales professionals are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents and insurance professionals throughout the Greater Los Angeles area
Generate new collision repair referrals and repair opportunities
Develop relationships with dealerships, fleet accounts, businesses, and other potential referral sources
Regularly visit and communicate with existing and prospective referral partners
Identify new business development opportunities
Track referral sources and business generated through marketing activities
Work closely with management and the shop team to support customer service and business growth
Represent All Collision Center professionally within the insurance and automotive community
