Requirements
- Sales experience (or strong motivation to grow in sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Active Colorado insurance license—or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help)
- Comfortable with using sales software and tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions (auto, home, life, commensal, and more)
- Build long-term relationships and manage a personal book of business
- Present clear, professional insurance proposals
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and regulations
- Leverage modern technology to streamline sales and client communication
