About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and related financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and support. The role involves building a client base in a niche educator market, developing professional relationships, and growing an independent business. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and potential sign-on and performance bonuses.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
