About The Position

America's Choice Insurance Partners is seeking a Binding Specialist to join their growing Service Team. The Binding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance policies, providing support to the client service team, auditing new policies, and collaborating effectively with clients and team members. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms
Understanding of binding insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state regulations
Willingness to obtain licensure required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer support role such as managing client accounts, supporting insurance operations, or working in a customer service environment is preferred.
Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is a plus, but not required
Property & Casualty license preferred

Responsibilities

Review insurance submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issuance
Support and maintain an efficient new business workflow from sale through policy issuance
Support the account management team with service requests for existing policyholders
Assist with general account management tasks as needed
